IMPORTANT: The bulk of this sale is in the garage, open sheds and outdoors. To shop in these buildings and outdoors, you will need GLOVES, BOOTS, LONG SLEEVES, and LONG PANTS. You'll also want to bring a FLASHLIGHT to inspect dark corners. NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 in these areas, please.
LARGE ITEM PICK-UP must be scheduled during non-sale hours.
We accept cash, check and debit/credit cards. Everything sold as-is, where-is.
No refunds or exchanges. Bring your own muscle to move large items.
NO EARLY SALES--first come, first served. Prices are FIRM on the first day. Discounts on subsequent vary with each sale and are at the discretion of Family Tree Estate Sales, in keeping with our agreement with the seller.

This sale may not be "pretty" but it will be interesting!
