All sales are final. All items are sold as is with no guarantees, warranties, or returns.
Pre-Sales: We generally do not offer pre-sales. In rare cases involving very large or specialty items, pre-sales may be considered at the seller’s discretion. Please contact us directly if you have a serious interest in a specific item.
Payment: Cash, credit, and debit cards are accepted. No checks. Sales tax will be collected where applicable.
Large Items: Buyers are responsible for the removal and transportation of all purchased items, including furniture, appliances, and other large or heavy pieces. We do not provide moving or hauling services for buyers.
Liability: Noble Path Estates LLC, the property owner, and the seller are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss to persons or property while on the premises. Please shop carefully and supervise children at all times.
Entry & Conduct: We ask that all shoppers respect the home and other buyers. Sign-in may be required at some sales. Early entry is not permitted unless specifically stated.
