We don't offer presales. Offers are only reviewed after the sale opens, so everyone still has a fair shot at opening on a first-come, first-served basis.
If your offer is accepted, a staff member will pull the item and text you a secure link to pay by card. You'll have five minutes to confirm and pay, or the item goes back into the sale.
* All paid items must be picked up by 12 PM (noon) on the final day of the sale. *

Loading is your responsibility. Bring your own help and equipment for large or heavy items — we are not professional movers and may not have equipment available. If a staff member is free, we're happy to help, but it's at their discretion. Please be kind to our staff, and tip if they help you load.

We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, Cash app, Apple Pay, Android / Google Pay. We do not accept checks and currently do not accept PayPal.
All sales are final and items are sold as-is. We do not accept returns.
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur. Enter property at your own risk.
