Parking is a real issue at this sale.  Please, pretty please with sugar on top, park legally!  Do not block drives, do not block mailboxes. Do not park on lawns and destroy them – stay on the pavement, and remember do not cross park – always park on your right side.  Emergency vehicles have to be able to come and go if needed!  Please be respectful of these guidelines.  The police will absolutely tow and ticket you, especially in this area!

This home is located on Overton Lea off of Tyne Blvd in Nashville.  This section of the road is very curvy and the home sets at the blind curve.  Please by careful.  Parking will be difficult, at least.  The home is situated behind a gate.  There will be someone at the gate to let you in TO WALK!  There will be no vehicles allowed inside the gate other than for pick up or drop off.  No parking whatsoever.  Dress as if the weather will be chilly and damp. LASTLY – you must wear shoe covers before entering this sale –  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Barefoot or in your socks or stocking feet will also work.
