We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, damage to property, or loss that may occur on the premises or related to purchased items. Please watch your step, supervise children, and exercise caution around furniture, stairs, electrical items, and other hazards.

Loading and Assistance: We do not provide lifting for heavy or bulky items, nor do we offer loading equipment. Buyers must bring help for heavy lifting, appropriate vehicles for transport, boxes, bags, or other materials needed for shopping and removal. If you offer paid delivery: Delivery services may be available for a reasonable fee through a third-party provider—ask for details.

Removal of Purchases: All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale day(s) unless other arrangements are made. We are not responsible for items left behind.

Shopping Guidelines: Feel free to bring your own boxes, buckets, baskets, or bags for shopping. Please handle items carefully to avoid damage.
