The furniture and accessories are very nice in this sale.

Victorian style furniture is from the mid 1900's and includes a beautiful sofa, gent's chair, lady's chair. Marble top tables include end tables, coffee table, cigarette table, sofa table and all have the Lyre base. This is very fine furniture and does not need upholstering if you can use the colors, and a beautiful 2 door cabinet, probably from Europe.

Den contains a beautiful Ethan Allen blue linen sofa, pair of upholstered contemporary chairs, Lazy-Boy recliner, Grandfather clock, Samsonite card table and 4 chairs.numerous lamps and accessories.

Dining area contains an English oak china cabinet with leaded glass in door and rounded glass sides(the left side does need to be replaces as it is cracked at the bottom), Modern table(round with 2 leaves that can be added and has formica top) and 4  chairs, TV, VCR and cart. There is a bar between the dining area and the kitchen with built-in cabinets that glass doors.

Kitchen includes refrigerator, gas cook stove, microwave, small kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware and glassware.

Front bedroom contains a pair of Hard-rock Maple twin beds that can be stacked and used as bunk beds. They are heavy, not your modern bunk beds, probably from the early 1900's. The matching coverlets and shams are beautiful as are all the pillows on the beds, round skirted table, set of luggage, large wicker trunk, pair of antique side chairs and table full of miscellaneous.

Second bedroom has a very pretty upholstered chair, end table, very nice linens, pillows, several pieces used by handicapped people along with a very nice seat that fits across the bathtub, all heavy duty nice pieces. Pair of wonderful lamps, black wicker trunk and very nice miscellaneous items.

Laundry room contains washer, dryer, new upright freezer, tools and miscellaneous.

Patio has round wrought iron table with 4 chairs and umbrella, Vintage metal swing with 2 matching chairs.

Shop contains 4 beautiful street lights, that were used inside once and can be installed in the yard, yard tools and lots of miscellaneous items.
