Our client’s family moved into home over 50 years ago and there are wonderful Oak Ridge-y treasures here, from 1960’s Deco Living and Dining Room, to Local original Framed Art and Pottery; to voluminous Retro Kitchen & Dining items; to closets of Vintage Clothes, plus Books, Tools, Hardware – even in Professional Draftsman’s Table!! Everything is clean and priced to sell in this one day event!
We open 11 am with prices as marked, and we take offers til 2 pm. We then call back offers over half, and then hold half price at 2:30 with $5 bag lots at 3:30 to sell everything left in the house!
