-We accept Cash and Credit/Debit Cards. There will be a 3% charge to use Credit/Debit Cards. Checks are not accepted.
-This is an exceptional sale with high end furniture, art, pottery, glassware, books, fossils, tools, collectibles etc. Bring help to load heavy/large items, packing materials, proper equipment as we will not have or be responsible to help. Sale is being organized as best as we can to make it run smoothly with items located for convenience to buyers.
-This is a 4 level home full of treasures from around the world collected over a lifetime.
-We will not be responsible for accidents.
-This will be a 3 day sale. All paid for items must be picked up no later than 2 hours before sale end on Sunday, last day of the sale.
-All sales are final. We will be offering a convenient 2 part Sold tag for furniture and art. Once you pull the tag you are agreeing to purchase the item. It will be marked SOLD and you will write your name and phone number on the tag. This is final.
-No backpacks will be permitted and the property will be under surveillance.
-Numbers will be given out 1 hour prior to the sale. We will only honor our numbers.
-Absolutely no pre-sales or hold on items. Photos and description will have many of the items noted but we are finding new treasures everyday. I will not give out prices prior to sale.
-Please be kind and courteous to one another. This helps to ensure a smooth and successful sale for all!
