First come, first serve.
Jewelry area is limited to two (2) customers at any given time.
We do not ship
You must be present to purchase items. Valuables are removed from residence and returned the morning of sale.
Sales tax will be collected, unless you provide proof of a valid Tennessee Resale Permit Number.
Credit/Debit surcharge applies.

If you wish to buy an item, bring it to the cashier for purchase.
For large items notify one of the onsite DGF employees so they can reserve your item.
Large item delivery can be provided for a nominal fee. Ask an onsite DGF employees for assistance and a delivery and handling estimate.
All items are to be removed by the end of the scheduled sale. If you have purchased an item or items and have not removed the property OR, made arraignments (in writing) with DGF; the property will be disposed of.
NO REFUNDS! All items are sold as-is with no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
We are not responsible for items left behind/unattended.
There are no restrooms available for use at this location.
Do not enter marked off areas or doors.
Do not disturb occupant.
Be mindful of neighbors and do not block driveways.
Please do not park in the property's driveway.
