Bidding is open now and begins to close Dec. 5th at 10am - We will utilize a stagger & soft close method of closing this auction, meaning the auction will begin closing at 10am. A lot will close every 20 seconds starting with lot 1 and ending with lot 309. If a bid is placed on any lot in the last minute before it closes, the bidding window will be extended for another minute.
There will be a 10% buyers premium added to each final bid to establish the total sale price of each lot.
Successful bidder on each firearm will have to pass a background check & any legal requirements necessary to purchase a firearm. Warrior Camo will handle the transfer of the firearms in this auction. Successful bidder will pickup from Warrior Camo at 42 Orchard Lane, Chestnut Mound, TN 38560.
Shipping is NOT available on any lots. Payment and pickup shall be Thursday, December 7th from 9am to 5pm at 521 Robards Cir, Old Hickory, TN 37138. If you purchase any glassware or delicate collectibles, please be prepared to bring the required supplies to ensure satisfactory and safe packaging.
We accept cash, card, or check. Paying with a card will add an additional 3.5% fee to your total. Possession will transfer on the pick up day when payment is received in full.
Heartland Real Estate & Auction and the seller furnish all auction items to buyers in "AS IS" condition: unsupported and without warranty of any kind. Bidders are responsible for ascertaining the condition of each item. All lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are a matter of opinion. Information contained herein is believed to be correct but not guaranteed.
Each sale is final with no contingencies and is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing. Refunds or returns are not offered.
This auction may or may not use different bidding increments at different intervals. In such cases, the increment will decrease as the end date approaches. The software will calculate the next bid amount and update accordingly.
If purchases are not settled by the specified pick-up day (or an alternate date under auctioneer approved and extenuating circumstances) they will be considered in default. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest bidder qualified at the discretion of Heartland Real Estate & Auction.
By bidding with our company, you accept that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Heartland Real Estate and Auction is not liable for any damages that occur due to any such malfunctions.
Heartland Real Estate & Auction may: terminate or suspend access to any bidder for any reason, suspend bidding on any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time, or extend the bidding ending date & time for any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time.
On-Line Auctions are a timed event and all bidding will close at a specified time. Our sales have an auto-extend feature. Any bid placed in the final (1) minute of an auction will automatically extend the auction’s ending (1) one minute from the time the bid was placed.
