We will NOT have a sign up sheet but will continue to limit the amount of people shopping in the home as space allows! FIRST COME FIRST SERVED! ALL sales are FINAL! ALL items are sold AS IS! (It is the buyers responsibility to check the items for damage, and working order before checking out!) We accept CASH, and ALL Major Credit Cards...VISA, Master Card, AMEX. and Cash App…There is a $10 minimum for all Credit Cards…But we do not charge a service fee! Saturday's are 1/2 Off! MOST! (Owners discretion)
Please be mindful when parking...Do Not Block Driveways, mailboxes, etc.
Sorry..... there are NO Public Restrooms,!!! Please respect the Private Residences! Make all your Pit Stops before shopping!
The Executor/Family member has the right to remove items up through the end of the sale, so we apologize if you journey for a specific item and its been pulled or deemed "Not For Sale!"

We wrap and bag your items....Sorry we DO NOT Supply boxes! Please bring your own muscle and vehicle for moving heavy objects/furniture! ALL items purchased MUST be removed by the last day of each sale!
