-Staff is onsite to carry items for you to the holding section. We ask that all items sent to holding section be purchased.
-Staff onsite can not assist in moving furniture and other heavy items. Please bring help moving.
-Prices are not given out before sale begins, thanks for understanding.
-We accept cash, all major cards(3% FEE), Zelle, & Paypal (3% FEE). NO VENMO AT THIS TIME. Sorry, no personal checks.
-Discount days: First is full price, 2nd is 25% off, and last day 50% off priced items. Solid gold items are excluded from discount. Discount does not apply to any items that are not priced.
-Please pay attention to parking signs. Please see attendant, they will help you park in the yard. No parking in neighbors driveways/yards
-Do not block driveways, mailboxes and trash cans.
-Driveway is for loading/drop off purposes only.
-All sold items must be picked up by the end of sale on Sunday.
- All items sold as-is. No refunds. All sales final
-Twin Sister Estate Sales is not responsible for any accidents.
