This particular home has like new light-colored carpeting so please be conscious of any soiled shoes. Cash or credit card with 3.5% convenience fee. Large items are to be removed after hours or arranged time. We are not responsible for accidents. No large bags, purses, nor strollers. This sale will be held for two days, longer hours on Friday and Saturday will be bargain day. Bids are accepted on any item tagged $50 or more.
