Attention!!!  This was a “pet in the house” home!!!  Please come to inspection and inspect any furniture you are interested in.  The sofa does show signs of pet stains.  This was the only piece of furniture we witnessed any staining but if pet smell and dander are an issue for you, please check it out.  We did not see staining on the rugs but be your own judge!!!

Lots will start closing on Tuesday, July 16 at 7:00pm EDT – soft close – lots will remain open as bidding continues on those items.  Once bidding activity has ceased for the final 2 minute countdown of a lot, that lot will close.  Once the item shows “closing” below it, bidding is over on that lot.  Placing your maximum bid on those lots you are interested in will allow you to not miss out on those items you want……unless it goes higher than you want to give for it.

Pick Up/Removal:  Thursday, July 18 from 9am – 5pm at the home located at 7905 Whitcomb Rd. in Powell, TN.  No items are located at Powell Auction Offices!!  No items will be brought back to Powell Auction Offices!!  If you can not make pick up on the designated date, please phone a friend, hire a mover, beg a neighbor, force a relative!!!  Please make arrangements early to get your items on the date and times listed.  We do not do this to punish anyone, we have other obligations, loose access to the property, etc.  There is method to our madness!!  Your cooperation is appreciate more than you know!!!  Don’t forget to bring your boxes, paper, help to tote furniture, whatever you might need to pick your items up.  We try to help when and where we can!!
