Due to the this being an Estate Sale of previously owned/used items. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges and do not offer any warranty or guarantees. All customers are advised and expected to self-inspect all items/products prior to purchasing to ensure their complete satisfaction.
No Refunds or Chargebacks. All Sales are Final.
Estate Sale Etiquette:
Please no Early Birds, we don't open until 10 am.
Keep your children with you at all times and direct them as needed
If you sit an item down, its fair game for another to claim.
Ask others to pardon you, before you reach over them or if you bump into them.
If you place items in the holding area that is your promise to buy it at the price listed. No Hoarding.
You break it you buy it
Don't walk on the lawn if at all possible.
Don't park in front of mailboxes, block driveways, or block others in.
Be sure to bring your own lifting help for your larger items. Seriously, we need you to bring your own people to load your big stuff so come prepared to do your own heavy lifting and loading.

We are Not and will Not be Responsible for any accidents in other words, this is an Enter at Your Own Risk Premises.
No one with large purses, oversize bags, jackets or strollers will be admitted into the sale premises. You may bring empty boxes or cloth shopping bags, but they must be shown to be empty on arrival and you will come to us to have them checked upon your exit. BAGS WILL BE CHECKED WITH OR WITH OUT PURCHASE IF YOU BRING A LARGE BAG EXPECT IT TO BE CHECKED. There will be Security on site for the duration of this sale.
