All items sold as is, where is, with no written or implied guarantees. Please note the 8 A.M.. starting time of this sale on SATURDAY, April 7, 2018 Please, no large hand bags or purses. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Payment must be by cash or check. Sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless you present and provide a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate. Out of town buyers or those unknown to sales personnel, paying by check, must present a bank letter of credit. Buyers are responsible for loading and hauling their purchases. Please bring your own tubs or boxes for your purchases. We will provide some smaller boxes as long as our supply lasts. Not responsible for accidents. Due to space limitations, there may be a limit to the number of buyers who will be allowed in the home at any given time. Please DO NOT save places in line for someone who is coming later. That causes confusion among other buyers. The line will form at the garage at the rear of the home. Security and cameras present. Please DO NOT PARK in the street, driveway, or the neighbors' driveways. AMPLE PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE, PROVIDED IT IS NOT MUDDY OR RAINING, AT THE REAR OF THE HOME. PLEASE PARK IN AN ORDERLY FASHION. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN ANY OTHER AREA.. No discounts will be given until clear away at 12 noon, April 10, 2018.
