All sales take cash, checks with proper ID and known to Estate Sales Staff, (Out of area checks, need a Bank letter of credit)and Venmo. Please bring bags and/ or boxes for your shopping items. Customers are responsible for Picking up/moving any furniture items they have purchased. There will be a $30 check fee for all returned checks. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO Refunds, NO Returns and NO Exchanges. All items are sold “AS IS” with no guarantees or warranties. Please check your items carefully before purchasing. All Purchased Items Must Be Picked Up By The End of the Sale Unless Other Arrangements Have Been Made. We are NOT liable (nor are the home owners) for accidents that occur on the estate sale property. You enter at your own risk, and in doing this, we have no liability for injury or damage to you or any items on you. SOLD STICKERS: You are welcome to use our sold stickers - even though our staff is there to assist you - but your sold stickers must have your name and cell phone number on each sticker. If a sold sticker appears on an item and does not contain this information within a few minutes, we will remove the sticker and the item returns to “active” sale.
