Cash and check only. Out of town or out of state customerspaying by check, who are not known to sale personnel, must submit a bank letter stating you have the funds capable to purchase items. Bring help to load large items. Not responsible for accidents.
If you are not satisfied with any items priced at or over $50, you may request a bid sheet and give bids at checkout or give to an estate sale worker. At the end of the sale, if the item you have bid on is accepted, you will be called. If you are not called, the item you had bid on had been sold or you were outbid.
On the last sale date, Monday, April 22, all items over $50 will be negotiable. We reserve the right to refuse any offer.
