Pricing:
Due to volume of this sale, pricing will be as marked, with discounts given for the more items purchased. This sale will run for at least 5 weeks and all items must be gone by end of October. Whatever is left closer to end of sale, will be discounted to be sold.

Parking:
Plenty of parking. Property has a long driveway and huge yard, just be courteous not to tear yard up.

Sale starts at 9:00, first come first served, will have numbers available at 8 am.

This is the sale of a lifetime! World famous designer/manufacturer is moving to a new location and has decided to downsize an amazing collection of favorite things. Over 7000 square foot of many one of a kind items. A huge mixture of new product, but also vintage/antique props used in showrooms at market. If you are a store owner or opening one, you must come see the vast amount of display pieces, that you won’t find anywhere else, especially for the price.

There is just a lot of stuff! New old stock- Some really cool original items that made it to production, but also prototypes that are truly one of a kind. We are talking all kinds of stuff, a lot of seasonal/holiday, with a huge amount of Halloween and Christmas, but also everyday items- Many large display pieces for smaller items that were mass produced. Antiques galore that have been purchased all over the country that were used as props in showrooms, lots of furniture pieces, old advertising signs, huge bird cages, sleds, etc. With the vast amount of items, it will truly be a have to come back every day to see what is being unboxed. The warehouse is floor to ceiling with a literal pathway right now. We will be clearing a section at a time until it’s all gone.

This sale will run for at least 5 weekends starting Friday September 14th, 2018. It will run Thursday through Sunday after the first weekend sale of Friday/Saturday and Sunday.
