Partial Terms & Conditions: 10% Buyer’s Premium Cash or Check. 15.5% Buyers Premium will be applied to the total of all purchases by Online, Phone & Absentee Bidders. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to all invoices paid by credit card. The bid price plus the Buyer's Premium will equal the total purchase price of each item. Complete and full payment must be made day of sale. No property will be removed until settled for. Kennedy's Auction Service reserves the right to hold items until payment has cleared.
