Secure your load for safety precautions when you drive away. All large items will need to be picked up one hour prior to closing the last day of sale with no exceptions.

PowerHouse Estate Sales would like to welcome you out to the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains on August 12th and 13th for this weekend sale. We are pleased to offer the contents of this eloquently appointed home in the Savannah Glen area of Sevierville.
The offerings will consist of furniture by Thomasville and Century of North Carolina along with a beautiful dining set by Virginia House which has matching china cabinet and bar stools. Vintage Lane Cedar Chest, quality bedding and crocheted blankets, lots of Christmas collectibles from the Christmas shops of the local area. Harley Davidson apparel and equipment will also be available. On the patio will have a selection of Wrought Iron furniture and a Teakwood swing, top it off with a Weber Genesis Gas Grill and some outdoor games and your set for summer and fall. Get ready for football season with a 65" Sony Bravia HD. Collectible TY Beanies and Shirley Temple as well as vintage Cabbage Patch will be making a guest appearance. Kitchen supplies, cookware, Whirlpool Ultimate II Washer and Dryer along with Rubbermaid and Sterlite Storage. The owners are well traveled and are offering some treasures from around the globe that will be located throughout the house.
