PUBLIC AUCTION – CABIN FURNITURE AND MORE

On behalf of the First Financial Bank, N.A., as successor in interest to SimplyBank, an auction of repossessed furniture, fixtures, and equipment will take place on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The auction is open to the public and will be held at 4228 Wears Valley Road, Unit 71, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. Prospective bidders will have the opportunity to preview the items offered for sale beginning at 10:00 am.

Initial round of bidding: The items being sold are displayed in a cabin located at the aforementioned address. Initially, the items being sold will be auctioned on a lot-by-lot basis.

Second round of bidding: After the initial round of bidding, bidders will have the opportunity to bid on all items auctioned in the initial round of bidding as a group. The opening bid to purchase all items as a group must be at least five percent (5%) greater than the total amount bid for items in the initial round of bidding. If the opening bid to purchase all items as a group is not at least five percent (5%) greater than the total amount bid for all of the items in the initial round of bidding, then bidders who purchased a lot of items shall pay for their respective lot and remove the items in their lot from the premises. If the opening bid to purchase all items as a group is at least five percent (5%) greater than the total amount bid for the items, then the bidding will continue until the all of the items are sold as a group. Then the bidder who purchases all of the items at the auction shall pay for the purchase and remove the items purchased from the premises.
