There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the final bid to determine the final selling price of the sold item. If you pay by credit card there will be an additional 5% convenience fee added to your ticket to offset the credit card fees.

The auction will consist of GUNS, WOODWORKING TOOLS, FURNISHINGS as well as hundreds of other items. The ABSOLUTE AUCTION will be held on SATURDAY, MARCH 2, 2019 at 10:30 AM onsite at the residence. The personal property will be sold to the highest bidder. Bidding is open to the public.
House is FOR SALE by Private Contract: The home that is located at 236 Estele Drive, Sevierville, TN is FOR SALE. It has 3 bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath. There are approximately 2,596 sq.ft. under roof with a two-car attached garage, a two-car detached garage, a detached work shop and a large out building. The home can be viewed at any time by making an appointment.
