Terms: Real Estate $ 10,000 down on each tract, $20,000 down as a whole day of auction, personal property payment in full day of estate sale and auction. Balance on real estate due day of closing. A 5% Buyer's Premium applies on the real estate and a 10% Buyer's Premium on the personal property. No Buyer's Premium will be charged at the estate tag sale. Auction Terms will be announced the day of Auction.
