If you would like to be notified of SHARP'S upcoming estate sales, just forward your e-mail address to: nkcaLISA@hotmail.com and please feel comfortable knowing that we DO NOT sell, distribute, or share our customer database with anyone and will only use your info for notifications of our estate sales.  

We place 100 photos online for each of our estate sales. We change our photos out quite often to feature additional items we are selling; so, if you see a photo of an item one day, and then when you check back it's no longer visible, that's only because we've added different photos showcasing other items. ANY and ALL items shown in our photos WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING OUR ESTATE SALE (unless an item is broken or damaged during set-up). 

We hope you'll visit us during our 3-Day Estate Sale, March 26th, 27th, and 28th.

SHARP'S POLICIES: 

• For payments we accept: Cash, Personal/Company Checks (with proper ID), Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and DiscoverCards.
• NO DISCOUNTS or NEGOTIATED PRICES are accepted on the first day of our estate sales; however, we DO ACCEPT WRITTEN BIDS on items priced above $50, with a Minimum Bid of at least 60% of the ticketed price.
• Since we have a minimal staff, we DO NOT accept phone calls requesting prices during our estate sales.
• We do not offer any early previews, sales, nor do we quote prices of items prior to the first day of each sale. 
• You need to bring help loading large items, such as furniture, appliances, etc., since our staff is oftentimes unable to assist in loading.
• Your privacy is important to us; therefore we never sell, share, or distribute your personal information.
• We will never bombard you with e-mails, notifications, or solicitations. Once again, we only email you with information regarding our upcoming estate sales. 

Our customers are extremely important to us and so our primary goal is to offer as much assistance as possible to each and every one of you.
