If you saw something at our last estate sale (March 18-20th) and can't come to our 1-Day Estate Sale, you are more than welcome to leave a bid. All bids are considered as binding contracts and must be paid for when the item is picked up. All items must be picked up by Tuesday, March 29th. You can e-mail your bid to: nkcaLisa@hotmail.com

We usually post 100 photos online for each of our estate sales. We change our photos out quite often to feature additional items we are selling; so, if you see a photo of an item one day, and then when you check back and it's no longer visible, that's only because we've added different photos showcasing additional items. ANY and ALL items shown in our photo library WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING OUR ESTATE SALE (unless an item is broken or damaged during set-up).

SHARP'S POLICIES: 

• NO DISCOUNTS or NEGOTIATED PRICES are accepted on the first day of our estate sales; however, we DO ACCEPT WRITTEN BIDS on items priced above $50, with a Minimum Bid of at least 60% of the ticketed price.
• We accept: Cash, Personal/Company Checks (with proper photo ID), Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and DiscoverCard.
• Since we have a minimal staff, we DO NOT accept phone calls requesting prices during our estate sales.
• You need to bring help loading large items, such as furniture, appliances, etc., since our staff is oftentimes unable to assist in loading.
• Your privacy is important to us; therefore we never sell, share, or distribute your personal information.
• We will never bombard you with e-mails, notifications, or solicitations. Once again, we only email you with information regarding our upcoming estate sales. 

Our customers are extremely important to us and so our primary goal is to offer as much assistance as possible to each and every one of you. If you are in need of a special piece of furniture, or collect certain items, please feel free to let let us know at nkcaLISA@hotmail.com and we will help assist you in finding YOUR "treasures"!
