3 day Sale! Sale starts Saturday and goes thru Monday! This is a gated community! The gate will open 30 mins prior to estate sale start times each day. Will close right at end time. No late entry’s will be permitted. Please when you come to the gate make a left. This is a gated community for a reason. Please understand you will be asked to leave if you make a right and joy ride through the community. To attend estate sale. Please make a left once you enter the gate. The house is on the left. This is a one lane street! Please go extremely slow and please be respectful to other drivers, homeowners within community. Do not park on side of the street. You will pass the house and park in the cul de sac and designate area. There will be signs. Anyone parked on side of street or in driveway or ways will be asked to move their vehicle and instructed to the designated parking area. 

this estate is a bachelor’s cabin! It has houseware, kitchenware, cookware, glassware, linens, electronics, dvds, cds, photography items, clothing, and lots of guy things. Vintage PB magazines from 1963 to 1997, comic books, there are yard items, boat items, grill along with smoker, sand blaster, generators, drill press, coolers, office equipment along with furniture. There is military items. Vintage dry sink.
