We try to post 100-200 photos for each of our estate sales. ANY and ALL items shown in our photo gallery WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING OUR ESTATE SALE (unless an item is broken or damaged during set-up).

SHARP'S POLICIES: 

NO DISCOUNTS or NEGOTIATED PRICES are accepted on the first day of our estate sales; however, we DO ACCEPT written bids on items priced above $50, with a minimum bid of at least 60% of the ticketed price.

ALL ITEMS are sold on a first come, first served basis, with our guarantee of absolutely NO pre-sales!

We accept the following forms of Payment: Cash, Personal/Company Checks (with proper photo ID), Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and DiscoverCard.

Since we have a minimal staff, we DO NOT accept phone calls during our estate sales.
