No-one will be available to help load, so please bring someone with you to load furniture, appliances, and/or ANY large items.

SHARP'S POLICIES:
NO DISCOUNTS or NEGOTIATED PRICES are accepted on the first day of our estate sales; however, we will be accepting BIDS from a buy-out person.
We accept: Cash, Personal/Company Checks (with proper photo ID), Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and DiscoverCard.
Since we have a minimal staff, we DO NOT accept phone calls during our estate sales.
