Fred often joked that he made his fortune in “junk” at his Dixie Souvenirs — and now, decades later, that “junk” has become vintage Americana, ready to make you a fortune as well.

For many years, the warehouse accumulated thousands of souvenir items, novelty goods, and regional collectibles. This liquidation offers a unique chance to purchase inventory that has been stored away for decades.

Packing & Loading

Buyers must bring their own packing supplies (boxes, paper, bubble wrap, etc.)

Buyers must bring their own loading help

Staff will not be available to carry, pack, or load items

Please plan ahead for large or heavy purchases.

Entry into any area of the warehouse, office, or surrounding property is at your own risk. The Silver Dime Estate Sales and Dixie Souvenir Warehouse are not responsible for any accident, injury, or mishap that may occur while on the premises.

For safety and operational reasons, the main warehouse will remain closed to the public during all sale hours. Only designated sale areas will be accessible.
