This will be a multi-part estate sale featuring the estate of Nancy Aikman Smith. This first part will be a holiday sale featuring Christmas and fall items only. The second part of the estate sale, to be held later, will feature the remainder of the personal property of the estate.

The holiday estate sale includes Bradford Exchange/Thomas Kinkade light/motion/sound limited edition, retired figures, lighted village buildings and accessories, holiday florals, decor, wreaths, swags, trees, wrapping paper/bags/boxes, and candles.

Mrs. Smith’s Christmas collection also includes her famous top to bottom color-coordinated tree decorations for 9 different completely dressed trees in 9 different color schemes, which she switched out year to year. The colors include gold, silver, blue, pink, purple, kelly green, icy green, white, and teal. Buy everything for one complete color-coordinated tree or buy something from each collection!
