*We accept Venmo, PayPal, credit and debit cards, and cash, of course. However, we accept absolutely no checks.
*We have a washer and dryer for sale that will be on the second floor. If you plan to purchase these two items, they have to stay in the home until June 1. The owner will have their movers. Bring those items down the stairs to keep any damage from being done to the home. So if you plan to purchase these items, please note that you will not be able to take them home for a couple of weeks.
*Any other heavy or large items, you need to plan on bringing additional help to load these items. We absolutely do not have anyone here to help you load those items.
*We we asked that you use safety when moving around the home, use handrail when climbing the stairs, as we take no responsibility for any accidents on the property or in the house.

We have a lot of extremely nice, barely used furniture. This was a rental home and the family purchased a home and now want permanent long term furniture.
there are multiple dressers, nightstands, end tables and accent tables. There is a beautiful cream colored soft leather sofa. There is a teal leather accent chai and a glass coffee table. A large wood block dining table with three captains chairs and a bench. There is a Bombay chest, a desk, and a sweet little bench that sits in the foyer.
There is multiple designer bags and shoes along with clothes. There is a Cuisinart countertop oven and other kitchen items. Lots of pictures and wall decor. There's a full set of Mikasa, China as well as other dishes, kitchen items and decorative pillows. Luggage, mirrors, an upholstered storage bench and so much more.
