This estate features a 3,300 sq foot home. This sale has a little bit for everyone! The estate will also have a 2014 Subaru Forester with only 60,000 miles in it!! Yes, you read that! 2014 with 60,000 miles and has service records! The vehicle will be sold by bid process… the bids will be accepted Saturday 9am until Sunday 5pm. Highest bidder winning. This sale features a lot of vintage and antique items. There is glassware, furniture, China, kitchenware, home decor, linens, vintage clothing, purses, shoes and costume jewelry. We have a Stressless chair and ottoman in excellent shape. Vintage toys, bikes and outdoor furniture…vintage hand quilted quilts from 1930’s, 40’s and 50’s. See pictures for reference. Other vintage hand quilted quilt from 80’s.  Vintage linens! This estate will feature two old Schwin Bikes , old vintage pedal car in great condition. 19th century items. This sale will have Sterling Silver and Real Gold items. These items have been tested to verify these are real and what karat the gold is. This sale has several sewing items. THERE IS NO PRESALES…. there are no numbers given out. It is a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE process…. Meaning it will be a good ole fashioned line! 
 

the vehicle will be sold by bidding silent bidding process. This means you will have to be in person and fill out bid form. Bid forms will be located at the register. You will turn bid form in at the register. Your bid will not be read aloud or looked at until Sunday after 5pm when bidding has ended. Bidding starts Saturday 9am and Ends Sunday 5pm. The highest bidder will be contacted Sunday after sale. Highest bidder will pay and pick up car on Monday. The bid is an open bid.  This car has a clean TN title. 
 

Entrance and exit of sale will be done through car port.
