Pickup: All items must be picked up onsite at 404 Carmel Court, White Pine, TN. Please bring your own boxes, totes, labor and packing materials with you. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE FORFEITED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE. We really appreciate you bidding but it is very important that you pick up your items on the designated days and times when we have staff available.

No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect, or damage. It is the responsibility of Buyer to make any determination that is satisfactory to the Buyer. By bidding, Buyers are acknowledging that they have completed their personal inspection and their due diligence to their personal satisfaction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Jackson Real Estate & Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Jackson Real Estate & Auction if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during or after the auction. WE will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet speeds vary per person and location. All "auctions" are considered to have a reserve unless otherwise stated. Reserves if any are not disclosed. In accordance with Tennessee State Law auctioneers at their discretion may elect place bids on items on behalf of the Seller or any other Buyer if applicable. We advise you to place your max bid on items and let the computer bid for you. WE reserve the right to withdraw, remove or re-catalog items at any time. WE reserve the right to deny any person the right to bid online at the auction and may revoke the privilege at any point during the auction sale. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and forfeited. The auctioneer shall have the right to take possession of those items forfeited or abandoned and resale or otherwise dispose of those items. If your credit card is declined for any reason at check out you will incurr an additional fee of $30.00 dollars. Please make sure you avoid these extra charge and use a good credit card when bidding.

FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS WON: ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE AUCTIONEER. BIDDERS AUTHORIZE THE AUCTIONEER TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THOSE ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AND DISPOSE OF OR RESALE THE ITEMS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE AUCTIONEER. BIDDERS WILL STILL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEMS EVEN IF BIDDERS FAIL TO PICK UP THEIR ITEMS. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING THE PICKUP DAYS AND HOURS PROVIDED, WE ASK THAT YOU NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE AUCTION.
