SIDEBOARD & HUTCH (2-Piece Set): SIDEBOARD has 6-Drawers (one velvet-lined for flatware).  Spanish Iron Pulls. Acorn Brown Finish. VG Condition. Catalog # 2804. BRUNCH/GAME TABLE + 4 GAME CHAIRS: TABLE is 54” Round with Solid Wood Top. Made in the 1960’s. Stamped “Brunch Table”. Acorn Brown Finish. Good Condition. GAME CHAIRS (4) on Original Casters with Original 1960’s Upholstery (Fair Condition) & Brads. Acorn Brown Finish.  Table & Chairs Set is a RARE FIND. Catalog #s 2906, 3287.

ADJUST-A-CHAIR: Adjustable Arm Chair/Recliner (no side lever). Wood Arms and Chair Base. Original Upholstery (Cream Slub-Texture Fabric) 2 sections joined by zipper. Good Condition. Made in 1964. RARE/HTF. Ranch Oak label sewn in seat. Acorn Brown Finish. Catalog # 2499.

OTTOMAN: 15” High Footstool (Wood Base with Upholstered Cushion). Stamped “A.B.” on the bottom of the stool with stapled A. Brandt Inventory Label. Acorn Brown Finish. Wood is Good Condition. Original upholstered cushion (Cream Slub-Texture Fabric) has stain on one side. Catalog # 2817.

UPHOLSTERED ARM CHAIR ON CASTERS:  Upholstered Chair with Wood Arms and Wood Base. There are 4 Original Casters under the chair base (2 casters are loose). Ranch Oak label sewn in seat. Original upholstery (Cream Slub-Texture Fabric). Good Condition. Acorn Brown Finish. Catalog # 3168.

TWIN BUNK BEDS w/ LADDER: Twin beds (or stacked Bunk Beds) from 1960’s. Wide Wooden Side Rails included as well as one Twin Mattress Spring. Acorn Brown Finish. Ladder (Natural White Oak Finish) is from the 1950’s. All Good Condition.
