TEXAS SALES TAX will be collected at this sale. A valid sales tax form must be on file if your purchase is for RESALE.. There will be no exceptions - this is Texas State Law.

No Guarantees or Warranties expressed or implied - All items are Pre-owned. Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms when purchasing.
All Sales Are Considered Final.

We are not responsible or liable for accidents or injuries on the property or in house.
Entering the property is acknowledgement and agreement to these terms.

Basic Lifting & Loading help is provided(you will need to provide additional help in loading and moving large/heavy items)….

Arrangements will have to be made with The Sales Staff concerning any items that cannot be removed the Day of the Sale the Purchase is made.. We cannot be responsible for your items once the purchase is made.

We reserve the right to inspect all bags.

Children must be supervised at ALL times- please note this as we do not want anyone getting hurt Estate Sales can be crowded with both People shopping and the Items being sold.

There are NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS.

PLEASE be respectful of others and Pratice the recommended Social Distancing. If it becomes necessary we will limit the number of shoppers in the house at any given time..

We will provide Hand Sanitizer and Masks, if needed. If you feel it is necessary to wear a protective mask please feel free to do so. We will have protective masks on hand if you feel you need one and do not have one of your own.
