TEXAS SALES TAX will be collected at this sale. A valid sales tax form must be on file if your purchase is for RESALE.. There will be no exceptions - this is Texas State Law.
No Guarantees or Warranties expressed or implied - All items are Pre-owned. Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms when purchasing.
All Sales Are Considered Final.
We are not responsible or liable for accidents or injuries on the any property or in any house.
Entering the property is acknowledgement and agreement to these terms.
Basic Lifting & Loading help is provided(you will need to provide additional help in loading and moving large/heavy items)….
Arrangements will have to be made with The Sales Staff concerning any items that cannot be removed the Day of the Sale the Purchase is made.. We cannot be responsible for your items once the purchase is made.
