We are not responsible or liable for accidents or injuries on the any property or in any house.

Basic Lifting & Loading help is provided(you will need to provide additional help in loading and moving large/heavy items)….
Arrangements will have to be made with The Sales Staff concerning any items that cannot be removed the Day of the Sale the Purchase is made.. We cannot be responsible for your items once the purchase is made.

Buster and Shelia were both respected, well known Champion Cutting Horse Trainers and Riders; and West Texas Ranchers. Buster was considered a Legend in the Cutting Horse industry, a lifelong ranch cowboy starting an age 13. In the Performance Horse world Buster was one its most influential figures, considered one of the founders of the sport of cutting.
Buster was a voracious reader and lifelong learner, his library of books on the cowboy lifestyle, famous ranches, horsemanship, history and collection of modern First Edition Novels would be considered the best and broadest you could find anywhere. It was quoted “World business leaders, heads of states, prize-winning authors and the jet set of Hollywood were drawn to his easy charm and prepossessing charisma. Working cowboys and horse trainers would flock to his ranch to hang on his every word for insights into his otherworldly abilities with horses and cattle. Vast and varied are the people whom he called friends.”
On a particular episode of the TV series Yellowstone Buster Welch appeared as himself giving sage wisdom to a younger cowboy at the 6666 Ranch. It was then said, “ There are three Gods in Texas: the Almighty himself, Buster Welch, and George Strait, you just met one of them.”
