  We are having another great Estate Sale in Addison near Midway Road and Proton in Dallas.  The house has a double garage and is full of interesting collectable items.  Stop by early for the very best selection in furniture, jewelry (precious and semi-precious), clothing, and collectables.  We look forward to seeing you at the sale!

  In the Entry/Living Room we have a nice assortment of Jewelry; (Think Christmas Gifts) Gold, Pearls and Sterling, High-end Costume; Monet, Chico’s and Brighton, Sterling Silver Rings, Pins, Earrings, lots of Bracelets, Perfumes and Colognes, Jim Shore, Precious Moment’s and a Brighton Purse (new) along with Crystal items.  Remember to ask for help when interested in the Jewelry that are in the cases or in bags - Thank You!  We also have beautiful flower hair bows, make-up, and creams, a great Asian Entry Chest, along with an awesome Camelback Couch (with extra Fabric) and large Stuffed animals; Poodle, White Tiger, and Leopard.

  In the Front bedroom we have all sorts of Office items.  We have CD/DVD’s and Records.  A Record Player with AM/FM Radio, CD & Cassette Player, Computer Tables with pull out Keyboard Drawers, TV Stand, Adding Machine, Shredder, Casio Keyboard, Oak Computer Desk, Dell Computer and Printer, Phones, Office items, and so much more.

  The Jack & Jill bath has lots of Over the Counter items, as well as make-up, polish, lotions and creams.  We have cosmetics bags, wicker storage items, shower curtains & rods.  There are also hair & foot items.

  The Middle Bedroom has a single bed with rails, nesting tables, a vintage night stand, sofa table, pictures, towels (all sizes) fabric storage trunk, and a quilt rack.  We have lots of pillows, ladies shoes, boots and slippers; size 7.5 to 8.5, various small tables, a mirror, lots of bedding, lamps (BNI), and pictures.  We have ladies clothing (small to large), shoe racks, lots of ladies blouses and tops, and a variety of bed pillows.

  The Dining Room has a great Oval/Round Oak Table with two large leaves in great condition.  There are four side chairs, and two arm chairs.  We have books, knick-knacks, Spode China, lots of interesting Crystal, Limoges Twelve Days of Christmas Plates, and an unusual Vintage Drink Canister.  We also have a very nice Silver Plate Coffee, / Tea set with Sugar, Creamer, and Large Serving Tray.  We also have a vintage Curved Glass China Hutch (in great condition) key is at desk.  There is also Vintage Etched glass, Collectables and vintage odds & ends serving dishes.

  The Family Room has lots of Furniture and an Insignia 48” LED TV (remote at desk).  We have a modern Orange/Red Recliner; the style matches the Oversize Medium Green Reclining Love Seat.  We also have a Red Leather Rocker/Recliner and a Brown/Black Stationary Wingback Chair.  We have a very interesting Modern Upholstered Chair with Wood Arms.  There are nice End Tables, a Sofa Table and Nice Lamps (BNI) and a Red Naugahyde Trunk / Coffee Table.  There are many interesting throws, knick-knacks, decorator Pillows, coffee table books, and a great vintage Camelback / Hump Back Steamer Trunk in great condition with insert Divider.

  In the Master Bedroom we have set up a nice boutique.  This room also has a Double/Full Mattress & Box Spring with Rails, two matching Arm Chairs, and two matching vintage Barrel Chairs, a nice vintage Round Table with Drawer, a Single and Double Dresser, a Round Wool Rug, a new Black Stetson Hat w/ Pink Feather Hat Band.  We have an oval Floor Mirror, Small Tables, and a Wooden Bench.  We have Women’s Suits, Dresses, Tops, Sets, Jackets, Blouses, Furs, Vests, and much more in sizes small to large.  We have Scarves (long and square), Gloves, Sock, Nylons, Purses and Chain / Bill Wallets, an assortment of small tables and storage units.  There are also many framed Pictures and folded Tops and Bottoms along with a nice Book Shelf.  Think Christmas!

  In the Kitchen / Eating area we have an almost new (less than two years old) White Side by Side Whirlpool Fridge/Freezer with Ice and Water in Door.  We have an awesome iron Wine Rack with table top, two matching round bar stools, a lighted Amber Tree, and a lighted Christmas tree.  There are lots of Knick-knacks, picture frames and bar items.  We also have interesting Lamps (BNI), a two-shelf rolling cart, food and canned items.  We have a wood spoon holder, a great blue tile top Round Bistro Table with a Pair of Matching Chairs with blue cushions.  We also have a red, yellow, and blue plastic storage unit, glasses, cookbooks, and interesting framed pictures.  We have a great wood square table and four straight back chairs with Microfiber Seats.  We also have an assortment of Dishes and Serving items.  We have a nice ceramic Fruit Basket and a set of Winged Angel Plates.  We have a Grand Oval Platter, and assorted Serving Dishes.  There are sets of Cups and Saucers, Stainless Silverware sets, mixing bowls, Casserole Dishes, Corning Ware, Hot Plates, a Rival Crock Pot, Oster Toaster, Baby Cakes Cup Cake Maker, Hamilton Beach Malt / Shake Maker, and a Sunbeam Coffee Maker.  We have a Bread Keeper, Cutting Boards, Lenox Cups & Saucers, Dishes, and more.

  In the Utility Room we have a nice white Kenmore Washer and nice white Amana Dryer - Both work great!  We have an assortment of cleaning products, an Iron and table top ironing board along with a travel iron, light bulbs, Sharp twin energy Vac, and a Dirt Devil Feather lite Vac.  We also have a small storage cart, and a step stool.

  In the Double Garage we have a Singer Sewing Machine in a Cabinet, lots of Crochet Hooks, assorted sewing (notion items), Knitting needles and more.  We have an Orange Trunk, assorted Needlepoint Kits, and knitting books.  We have some fabric, lots of interesting books, Patio Table and Chairs, and Painting Supplies.  We have Portable and In-House Oxygen equipment.  We have a 4-Drawer File Cabinet, lots of dog stuff including, a Dog Caddy / Shopping Cart, Dog Toys, Dog Crate, Aquarium Supplies and Tanks, and a Small Hoover Vac.  We have VHS Tapes and Stackable Tape Storage.  We have vintage Roller Skates and some Plastic Drawer Storage on Casters.  We have a metal 2-Door storage Unit, and assorted garage / utility storage shelves.  We have collectable Christmas houses, wreaths, and figurines.  We have a Wicker Trunk and a Portable Singer Sewing Machine, assorted mops, Swifter sticks, assorted puzzles, assorted lights, bags and ornaments.  We have an interesting assortment of tin containers, and a very nice Butcher Block Chopping Table on casters.  The garage has lots more hidden treasures, so you may want to invest a bit of extra time here.
