* The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the buyer.

* All lots are sold as is, where is, without guarantees as to age, authenticity, condition, or provenance.

* Bidders are responsible for examining items before bidding.

* A buyer?s premium may apply and will be added to the hammer price.

* Payment must be completed within 7 business days of the auction.

Storage Fees & Policies

* Purchased items must be collected or shipped within 14 days of the auction.

* Items not collected within 60 days may be considered abandoned and subject to resale without refund.
