Cash, Credit Card Accepted. We do charges sales tax. Large items will have to be removed by purchaser. Additional pictures will be added prior to the sale as the set up proceeds.
Face Masks Required for entry. No children under 12. All sales Final no returns, no exchange.

Social Distance Will Be Enforce. 15 Persons allowed in the house and an additional 15-20 will be allowed in the shed areas. Masks will be required. You will not be allowed to bring items from the outside into the house due to the small size of the house but there is plenty of parking to take your items back to your car.
