WW2 Naval Officer Kyu-gunto Sword w Sheath-special Japanese Naval Officer Sword. Kyu-gunto swords, also called Russo-Japanese swords, were used by Army, Cavalry and Naval officers during the Russo-Japanese War and WW II. This style of mounting was used from 1883 until 1945. NOTE!!!!! This has a folding hand guard on left side. I have NOT seen this before myself ad ID sites don't mention this. This could be a MUCH rarer sword? 

WW2 Japanese Naval Officers Dirk w Sheath Naval Officers dirks were first issued in the 1880's. They have white ray skin handles with wire wrap and brass mounts. NOTE: This dirk is exceptionally nice including sheath HOWEVER the ray skin has begun cracking on the handle. See pictures 

GERMAN WWII PARATROOPER M38 FALLSCHIRMJÄGER HELMET I can find no markings but I believe this is a ww2 Nazi Paratrooper helmet. It has all the right identifiers and appears authentic. Leather gear is old and dry but appears to be all there. Study pictures carefully. I believe this is authentic but bidders should satisfy themselves of authenticity before bidding as we provide no guarantees and all sales are final.

There are a few very slight moth and the corners are a little tattered from use. Overall a very nice sample. 101st Airborne Screaming Eagle Parachute Scarves Both appear made from parachute material. 1 Has a screaming eagle patch sewn on and the material is stenciled AAF. I believe this is one probably made for and given to all the airborne troops as they were sent home at the end of WW2. The other one appears newer but made from parachute material. it may have been one given when joining the 101st Association or it may be a more recent one.

WW2 US Army Map Pouch dated 1944 w Nazi Pin Note this bag had this Nazi pin attached. Inside the bag I found 1944 Market Garden Maps Folded Up and Marked on. looked like they had been there ever since the war. I also found lots of letters the paratrooper carried with him in the pouch. Maps and letters have been removed and are in seperate lots 

WW2 Maps 2 D-Day and 1 I believe is Dutch 1 French 2 D-Day maps are printed by War dept and dated 2nd edition 1943. The Dutch map is 1941. NOTE 3 have been folded as if to fit in Map pouch and have wear indicating to me that they were probably used in a map pouch. The French map is folder smaller than a map pouch and is dated 1940 and 44 I believe. I could not find any individual handwriting on these maps 

1902 French Map w WW2 Markings On It Map is folded in the shape of a map pouch and has handwriting and drawings on it in both red and gray pencil. Lines are drawn and towns are circled. Bastone is HEAVILY Underlined but there are LOTS of hand markings on this map. 

1943 War Office Map of Holland w Lots of Hand Mark This appears to be operation Market Garden on sept 17th, 1944, It is folded up in the shape of the map pouch and the folds of importance are dirty and were the outer parts of map. Map is hand marked up in pencil with markings indicating "Drop Zone" and map is hand hand dated Holland Sept 17, 1944. NOTE this map was still folded up and in the map pouch upon my receipt of pouch and very likely has been there since Operation Market Garden? The back of the map has the name Robert Hayes and "Drop Zone Holland" Sept 17, 1944 hand written in pencil 

WW2 War Office 1944 Central Europe Map w Markings This map is folded to fit a map pouch and shows wear where it was in a pouch. It has hand markings in pencil that appear to be notes of the paratrooper. 

WW2 1940 Bendorf Germany Map w Hand Markings This map is folded as to fit in a Map pouch and has red Pencil Writing on it. A bridge over the Rhine river is outlined in red and there is yardage indications and site #s along w notes in red "*****rne Troops To Be Landed In **? To Secure Bridge Head" 

Original WW2 101st Airborne BASTOGNE "NUTS" Plaque Made of brass, story is locals made them from abandoned shell casings and gave or SOLD? them to the GIs who freed them from the Nazis. My research indicates this is authentic but as always buyers should satisfy themselves to authenticty before bidding

WW2 Photos and Nazi Document Here are 3 photos I found in the effects of this WW2 Paratrooper. The first I believe is of him in uniform. The second looks like him? in a Nazi uniform and this photo was hidden by itself in a book. I just happened to find it as I flipped through the book and at first didn't realize who it looked like. i also found this Nazi stamped document that i can't read. I do not have any personal history on these military effects but I can't help but wonder what mission this Paratrooper may have done in WW2 that will be forgotten to history with these effects?I did find photos of this Paratrooper where he stayed in the Army after WW2 which was very rare and there is a picture of this private in a Jump Plane with a General? My research indicates this photo was after the war in aprx 1948 but still makes you wonder what he was doing in a Nazi uniform, w Nazi Documents and then with a General in a Parachute Jump. I bet there is a lot more to this paratrooper than will ever know.

As this is a 1945 jacket this is very possible as paratroop units were grouped together at the end of the war before being sent home and many if not all were combined into the 101st and assigned Screaming Eagle Patches BUT were allowed to keep there previous Paratrooper patches also due to individual division pride.
