This week’s sale is, wow. Seriously, wow.  I’m not sure how

the owners got this many things into this house, but they certainly did !

The sale will be Friday and Saturday, August 24-25, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m.,

both days. The sign-up sheet will go out around 7:30-8:00ish, on Friday

morning. Around 8:45, we will begin calling the first names on the

list into the sale. The house and shop/garage area are totally packed,

do NOT wear your cranky pants. If you’re a self-proclaimed “expert” on

items, like guns, tools, or jewelry, and don’t like our pricing, stay home.

Please. We work really hard, to do as much research as possible,

(with help from people, who actually DO know what they’re talking

about), and price as fairly as we can, to satisfy the needs of the

client(s) we work for.  Don’t make me use my grumpy voice…….

Remember, everything in the sale is pre-owned/used. We simply sell

the items that are there to sell.

The sale will be at 410 County Rd.243,(Meadow Acres Street).

243 is off Gifford, where it intersects with Phillips Road, South of

Angleton. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY !!!

Leave the driveway area open, for picking up purchased items.

Please be aware, we are using security cameras for this sale,

as well as a security guard.

If you wish to purchase one of the guns, or jewelry items, you need

to LEAVE THE ITEMS WITH THE ATTENDENT IN THE JEWELRY

AREA, PLEASE. They’ll put your items behind the counter, and when

you’re ready to check out, you can pick the items up.

Estate Liquidators does NOT  provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules,

for your purchases. If you purchase large or bulky items, please make

arrangements to have them toted.

Large/heavy items are marked with two-part tags. If you want to purchase an

item, take the BOTTOM half of the tag, and give it to the girls at checkout,

when you’re ready to pay. If you change your mind, please find an EL worker,

(we actually wear shirts with the company name on them, what a concept !!!),

and give them the tag, so they can reattach it to the item.

There will be NO small children allowed in the sale ares, please.

No large purses, back packs, “diaper” bags, etc., will be allowed in the sale

areas, unless you’re willing to have the contents inspected.

We accept credit cards, cash, and approved Brazoria County checks. If you

have a tax number, and aren’t in our tax exempt book, and you “forgot” to

bring a copy with you, you will pay sales tax. We DO charge sales tax.

We’re a real business, not like Grandma’s garage sale.

If a background check is needed for a gun purchase, it shall be done.
