Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $25 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $50), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, IF YOU SHOW UP TO PICK UP YOUR FURNITURE WITHOUT THE PROPER HELP YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND AND WE WILL NOT MOVE THE ITEMS FOR YOU. Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale. If you DO NOT show up to pick up your items before the end of the sale we will NOT return to let you in and a refund will not be given. ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise. We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property. ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
Bring boxes with you if possible as we are limited on space to keep them to pack items in. No oversized bags or purses are allowed. We reserve the right to check bags at our check out counter.
Any descriptions placed on the picture section of this sale are purely descriptive, For instance chairs with pillow featured do not necessarily meant that the pillows are included. China pictured on tables does not mean that the china is included with the table.
If furniture has been repaired or has surface damage it is being sold "AS IS".
INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU PAY! IF WE HOLD AN ITEM FOR YOU AT CHECK OUT IT IS CONSIDERED SOLD, IF YOU DECIDE TO PUT ITEMS BACK THEN ALL YOUR ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED BACK FOR SALE.
