Our team brings you another "Did you see all that stuff"! sale.
With so much diversity, this is the go-to sale of the week! We've never had a more unique sale, truly.
The home and acreage are also for sale by owner. Feel free to leave your information for the owners to contact you back. Please, no realtors as they have one already if needed.

WE always reserve the right to limit the number of people in at any time. This is for all our sakes. NOTE: WE MAY LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN. No restroom available. No food or drinks allowed inside the home.
ALL ITEMS AS IS, WHERE IS. No warranties, refunds, exchanges or returns. Know before you buy! This is an estate sale and not a retail environment.
No entrance to the property until 3p.m. Parking is along the road and the drive is blocked for loading and staff parking only. You may line up on the side of the drive by the trees to get shade. Bring a folding chair if you want to sit a spell and wait. Sorry, no sign up sheet at this sale. Please do not block others, the drive or neighbors.
NO KIDDOS AT THIS SALE. Last week was a special exception, NO CHILDREN under 12 allowed.

No outside bags allowed in. Leave them and your purses in your vehicle.

Packing is always limited, be prepared and bring some extra. We always appreciate your left over bags and packing materials too.
