***We are required to collect Sales Tax. Resellers, please bring us your PRE Filled out Tax Exemption form. We don't always have Your file at any given Estate (depending on how many sales we have that week), so always be prepared to bring us a new copy if You would like to use Your Tax Exemption.

***Security Cameras are in use at all times during the week of the sale.

***All Valuables are removed from the Property each evening.

***No Personal Shopping Bags or large Purses allowed

You must use one of OUR tags (with your name on it) to tag larger items that you can not carry to your holding area. IF YOU TAG IT, PULL A PRICE TAG, OR PUT IT ON THE HOLDING TABLE..... YOU BUY IT !!!!
It is not fair to the other customers or the Homeowner if somebody comes through and tags MANY items, then waits and "decides" which ones they are actually going to buy later. Others may have left thinking it was sold, and we could lose the sale for our Sweet Homeowner.

***Please bring own BOXES / BAGS / and WRAPPING, as we are always running low

***Due to out vast number of Upcoming Sales, and tight timeline, we are unable to answer pricing and availability questions before the sale except on large ticket items (Vehicles, etc...)

***As much as we hate to, at certain Estates, we may have to limit the number of people inside at once, to start anyway. This is usually due to tight quarters, limited walking/checkout area space, and for YOUR protection, as well as the Homeowners belongings.

***J&S Estate Sales does not own a resale shop, booth, consignment store (or other), so all items are sold on the Estate's premises during posted sale hours only. We do not remove any items for outside sales.

This is sure to be a COLLECTOR'S DREAM SALE OF A LIFETIME !!!!!

This Estate is literally PACKED TO THE BRIM (and overflowing), to the point that we will have to keep "restocking" new items throughout the course of the sale, as room allows.

We are still updating pictures, almost hourly....so keep checking back for new TREASURES, so please JOIN us on Facebook) daily as we continue prepping for this great sale !

There is waaaaaaaay too much here to try to list everything, so just look through the pictures, then imagine that there is 10x more here than what is shown !!!!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. This Estate, Yard, Workshop, etc... IS SOOOOOO packed that, as much as we love them, we are going to have to ask that there be NO CHILDREN AT THIS SALE PLEASE (We have VERY limited walking space, uneven walking areas ourside, sharp objects, chemicals, and TONS OF BREAKABLES EVERYWHERE).

2. We MAY have to limit the number of people in certain areas at one time (just to keep everybody, as well as out Sweet Client's TREASURES safe), so please be mindful of Your time in any of these areas (IF this occurs), so that everybody has a chance to TREASURE HUNT. You can always come back through ;)

3.You must BRING (or arrange for) YOUR OWN MOVING LOADING HELP for your items please !

4. If you are an EARLY BIRD, we will putting numbers outside at 8am (not before), so if You'd like to, get a number then go grab some coffee/breakfast, or just wait in Your warm vehicle until we open at 10am :)
