Live Oak Auctions is honored to present the Estate of Music Legend B.J. & wife Gloria Thomas. This amazing couple crossed paths and made an impact on so many people and places around the world in their 52 years of marriage.

The B.J. & Gloria Thomas Estate has a variety of impressive collections along with some of B.J.’s most prized possessions. Each winning bidder will receive a certificate of authentication from Gloria certifying that every item in this sale came from their private estate.

B.J. Thomas had a one-of-a-kind God given voice that graced the music industry for over six decades. The passionate music icon was a five-time Grammy Award winning artist who belted out hits such as “Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head, Hooked on a Feeling, (Hey Won’t You Play) Another Somebody Done Somebody Wrong Song, As Long We Got Each Other, and so many more.

B.J. also is known for having the first Billboard Number One Hit of the 1970’s. The artist sold over 70 million albums and won CMA & Dove Awards to go along with his 5 Grammys. The Grammy Hall of Fame inductee holds eight no. 1 hits and 26 top ten singles.

B.J. & Gloria made many memories traveling the world and collecting different pieces of art, artifacts, and keepsakes. The Thomas Estate provides an impressive collection of art that Gloria has acquired in her many years of collecting. There are several beautiful pieces of jewelry, along with some very impressive antiques.

B.J. was an avid golfer, music enthusiast, collector of coins and trading cards, and much more. He defined the word “cool” and had friendships with many legendary musicians and professional athletes. This auction provides an inside look at B.J.’s many hobbies.

Auction begins Friday, October 29th at 11:00 A.M. Central Time

Auction ends Thursday, November 11 at 7:00 P.M. Central Time

Items begin closing at seven and will close at a rate of three per minute.

There will be a one-day preview of items on Wednesday, November 10^th. Previews are done by appointment only.

There will be a two-day pick-up held for items on the dates of:

Friday – November 12^th                 10:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.

Saturday – November 13^th            10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.

Winning bidders will be contacted by email with their invoice and pick up instructions following the completion of this auction. Please look for an email at the completion of the auction. All instructions are located in the invoiced email.
