DOWNSIZING SALE

AUCTION STARTS ON NOV 23 AT NOON AND STARTS CLOSING ON DEC 1 AT 6PM.

This is a Great home. The homeowners are downsizing and are leaving tons of items. The homeowner loves vintage and antique clocks. Tools, bedroom sets, linens, Christmas and Fall decorations. We have a Great Trundle Bed, Full size bed. Jewelry, Santa Figurines, and artwork. Cast iron cookware and cast iron antique banks. They have tools, bedroom furniture and fall decorations. We also have silver bullion in rounds. Titleist ProV1 golf balls, vintage golf clubs. China, pocket knifes and Damascus Knifes. We will be adding items for this auction up until it starts on Nov 23.

The auction starts to close on Dec 1, at 6pm.  It is a soft close, so if you bid on an item in the last minute of the auction it will add an additional 2 minutes.

Here is the easiest way to explain a soft close and how it works.

Enter the highest amount you are willing to pay and let the system manage your bid on your behalf. For example: If you enter an auction with a starting bid of $10, and your maximum amount is $200, your bid is still $10. If someone else bids $15 as their maximum, the proxy will automatically bid $20 for you.
