We except cash and Zelle
If you need to go to an ATM, we will hold your item(s) for 30 minutes
All sales are final / no refunds or returns / as is
Please bring your own loading crew for large items
No outside bags/backpacks/or oversized purses - you will have to keep them in your car
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries - please adhere to step warnings, etc.
Do not block personal driveways
Depending on turnout, we may have to limit the number of people in the house at one time
No public restrooms
No food or drink allowed inside
