A Lot in Arlington

1. Cash always preferred, but cc/debit cards are allowed for purchases over $50.00. A 2% fee is charged with each purchase.
2. Tax is collected. We require a filled-out Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate be provided to us if you are claiming the right to not pay sales
tax on your purchase. We require this for every sale.
3. All items sold AS IS and no returns or refunds.
4. Sorry -- Children only allowed as space permits. No Strollers
5. Please note we reserve the right to limit the number of people in at one time.
6. We are old and tired -- we do NOT load. Please bring your own help.
7. No complaining, don't be grumpy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
8. No large bags/purses/backpacks allowed. You will be asked to leave them in your car -- we will not be responsible for them.
9. Home owner, Crist & Co. and its representatives are not responsible for accidents -- please watch your step.
10. It's always nice to bring your own bags and packing material -- we run out quickly.
11. If you have questions it is best to text or email. We will respond as soon as possible during normal business hours. Remember sale days get busy!! We do not pre-sell items or do phone sales -- you must be present to purchase any items.
